Full Refund (100%)

  • Course cancellation by the institute
  • Request made within 7 days of enrollment and before course commencement
  • Technical issues from our side preventing access to course materials

Partial Refund (50%)

  • Request made after 7 days but before the second class session
  • Medical emergencies with valid documentation
  • Relocation to a different city with proof

No Refund

  • Request made after attending more than two class sessions
  • If course materials have been extensively accessed or downloaded
  • Change of mind without valid reason after 7 days

All refund requests are subject to review by our administration team. Submission of a request does not guarantee approval. We reserve the right to make final decisions on all refund cases.

Processing Time

Please note that after we process your refund, it may take additional time for your bank or payment provider to reflect the amount in your account. This typically takes 5-10 business days but can vary by financial institution.

Transfer Policy

Instead of a refund, you may have the option to transfer your enrollment to:

  • Another course of equal value
  • A future batch of the same course
  • Another person (subject to administration approval)

Transfer requests must be made before the third class session. Administrative fees may apply for course transfers.

Special Circumstances

Technical Issues

If you experience technical problems that prevent you from accessing our online learning platform, please contact our technical support team first. Most issues can be resolved quickly. If the problem persists and cannot be resolved, you may be eligible for a refund.

Medical Emergencies

For medical emergencies that prevent you from continuing the course, we require valid medical documentation. In such cases, we may offer a partial refund or credit for future courses.

Dissatisfaction with Course

If you're unsatisfied with the course content or teaching quality, please first discuss your concerns with our course coordinator. We'll make every effort to address your concerns. If we're unable to resolve the issue, you may be eligible for a partial refund.
